Elephant Epiphany

I have had an interesting epiphany while working on these little creatures.

Every time I finish an elephant or bunny I get this sense of satisfaction, actually joy, when the nose and eyes appear and my little guy is alive! I really get excited about each and every one, I take a moment and look at their face. They are perfect.

Not one is exactly like the next because they are homemade, but I did all the making and every little stitch was mine. I am so happy about my pattern come to life, and I realize God's design in making each human life is exceedingly more incredible, and his joy and pleasure in his little creatures is also that much more!

If I can love these elephants and bunnies, how much love does God have for us?
